Frequently asked questions

Understand the estimate before you shortlist.

Straight answers about price calculations, package labels, insurance, missing costs and provider bookings.

What does RingMatch compare?

RingMatch compares estimated rental package costs for Nürburgring cars using prices and conditions published by rental providers. Results can include the known total, price per lap, damage excess, fees and explicitly stated inclusions.

Are the prices and availability live?

No. RingMatch provides estimates from recently collected published information, not live quotes or availability. Always confirm the final price, car, date and conditions directly with the provider.

How are lap packages calculated?

For the requested number of laps, RingMatch searches compatible package combinations and selects the lowest known total that covers at least that many laps. Packages with different pricing variants are kept separate.

What is the difference between BASIC and all-inclusive pricing?

RingMatch only labels a package BASIC or all-inclusive when the provider explicitly identifies it that way. Choosing a preference never causes RingMatch to infer inclusions that the source does not state.

How does RingMatch handle insurance and damage excess?

Where providers publish the information, RingMatch shows available insurance charges and damage excess. You can filter by a maximum published excess, but policy terms and eligibility must still be checked with the provider.

Does a quote include fuel or Nürburgring lap tickets?

Only when the provider's published package label explicitly supports that claim. Otherwise RingMatch marks the cost as excluded, unknown or estimated rather than assuming it is included.

How does RingMatch handle missing fees?

Known mandatory fees are included when the source provides enough information to calculate them. If a potentially mandatory cost is unknown, the result is labelled as a known subtotal and the missing item is disclosed.

Can I book through RingMatch?

No. RingMatch links to the provider's booking or fleet page where one is available. The rental agreement, payment, availability and final conditions remain between you and the provider.
